Dovydas Volodko

CPO

Dovydas Volodko is the Chief Product Officer at The Forge, responsible for shaping how strategy turns into product - and how product turns into measurable revenue impact for customers. With deep experience in B2B SaaS, growth-driven product design, and execution at scale, Dovydas operates at the intersection of user reality and system capability.

At The Forge, Dovydas leads product strategy across the entire ecosystem - from outbound execution and infrastructure tooling to AI-powered agents and GTM workflows. His focus is ruthless prioritization: building features that solve real operational pain, not theoretical use cases.

Dovydas is known for translating complex outbound problems into intuitive, operator-friendly products. He works closely with customers, sales teams, and engineering to ensure that every release moves the needle - whether that’s improving deliverability control, increasing throughput, or reducing the operational tax of running outbound at scale.

His product philosophy rejects bloat and vanity features. Instead, he pushes for systems that are opinionated, scalable, and hard to misuse - products that guide users toward better outcomes by design.

When he’s not refining product direction or shipping new capabilities, Dovydas is obsessing over how modern GTM teams actually work - and how software should adapt to them, not the other way around. He doesn’t believe great products come from guessing. They come from pressure-testing assumptions against reality.
